DOES LILI MIRO OFFER CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS?

YES. We believe in adding as much value for our clients and staff as possible, so Lili Miro and her team extend this philosophy to the Corporate World. We work with companies and organizations in sectors such as the Luxury Hotel and Hospitality Industries, Finance, and Banking and Real Estate. We offer the firm exclusive and tailor-made annual (12 months) memberships for their clients, customers, and staff as incentives to purchase products or services as well as rewards for loyalty. CAN LILI MIRO CATER TO VISITORS FROM ABROAD?

YES. Lili Miro and her team specialise in receiving V.I.P. Guests, businessmen and luxury travelers from abroad who are visiting Dubai. From meet and greet at the airport; to bespoke shopping in ultimate comfort; to traveling door to door in chauffeur-driven luxury; to personal styling and wardrobe planning for those impromptu events whilst in Dubai.

ARE ALL SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?

YES. Membership fees cover the individualised services quoted and mutually agreed with the client on receipt of payment. However, naturally any additional products or requests outside of the agreement will be chargeable to the client per actual cost.

ARE THERE EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE NOT MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE?

YES. In Lili Miro’s A World of Luxury, we strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, so if there are any luxury requests which are not mentioned in our membership packages or listed on the website, we would be more than happy to fulfil them.

CAN THE *24 CARAT* DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP OR ANY OTHER PACKAGES BE GIFTED?

YES. All Lili Miro packages can be gifted to another party; furthermore, a gifted package can be tailored and created especially for that person or that occasion, according to your requirements.

DOES LILI MIRO AND HER TEAM SPEAK DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?

YES. Our dynamic team comes from various backgrounds and cultures. We speak English, Arabic, and Russian fluently.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

YES. Should a client wish to cancel their agreement, a cancellation fee will apply. If notice of cancellation is given within 24 hours of contract commencement, then 100% of the total amount will apply. However, should the cancellation be notified before this deadline, then 25% of the total amount will be applied.
